Will my subscription recur automatically?

Yes. Yoyo Watch and Yoyo Learn plans are subscriptions that will automatically recur according to your selected pricing plan and billing schedule until canceled. You may cancel your subscription anytime and no further payments will occur.

Can subscribers download the videos on Yoyo Chinese?

No. Due to copyright and piracy issues Yoyo Chinese lesson videos are currently only available via streaming with a web connection. (Though keep an eye out for future offline functionality!)

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes. You may cancel your Yoyo Watch or Yoyo Learn subscription at any time and you won't be charged again. But don't worry - we'll save your learning history and progress so you can pick things back up again any time!

What does 'lifetime access' really mean?

Lifetime access via our Lifetime Learner plan means you can access the full Yoyo Learn experience for the entire lifetime of Yoyo Chinese as a business. This includes every one of the 1,000+ lessons in the Learn section, all associated features and content in the Mastery and Tools section, as well as future lessons added to the Learn section and/or other new features used to review those lessons. Can I upgrade from a Watch/Learn plan to Lifetime Learner plan any time?

Yes. The Lifetime Learner plan is available with a one-time payment at any time. Upon purchase of the Lifetime Learner plan, any other plan you have will end and you won't be charged any further payments.

Do members really get day-one free access to new lessons in Learn?

Yup! Our subscribers & lifetime members not only get full access to our existing curriculum, but also day-one access to every new lesson we create and publish in the Learn section. This includes our upcoming Advanced Conversational Chinese course that we can't wait to share with you!

What exactly can I access with a Free account?

A free account on Yoyo Chinese will give you full Yoyo Learn access to the first 30 lessons or so on Yoyo Chinese. You should be able to get a good idea of how well Yoyo Chinese works for you by watching the lessons and using the practice, quiz, and mastery features.
