In the spirit of learning to read and write these amazing 汉字 - Chinese characters - we want to know: what is your favorite Chinese character?

How to Join
All you need to do is submit a short video sharing your favorite Chinese character to join the contest!
It doesn't need to be anything fancy - you can use your computer or tablet camera, or just put your smart phone on selfie mode and start filming!
Your video should include:
1. Your name, where you live, and how long you've been studying Chinese.
2. An explanation of your favorite character, including:
- What it looks like (draw it, print it out, show us on your tablet... however you can get it on screen!)
- How it's pronounced
- What it means
- A word that uses this character
- Why it's your favorite character
3. Send your video, or a link to the video on Youtube to firstname.lastname@example.org!
4. The deadline to enter is
